Ingredients:
1. Zeera (White Cumin) 2500 gm
2. Kali mirch (Black Pepper) 1000 gm
3.Bari Ilaichi (Black Cardamom) 500 gm
4. Daar Cheeni (Cinnamon) 500 gm
5. Long (Cloves) 500 gm
6. Phool badyan (Star Anise) 100 gm

5. Long (Cloves) 500 gm
6. Phool badyan (Star Anise) 100 gm
7. Tazepat (Bay Leaf) 50 gm
Mix All these spices and grind to form a powder. The more it is grinded, the more will be the powder tasty.
Whole Gram Masala:
If you want to use Gram Masala Sabit (whole mix spices), then just mix all above spices and keep them in an air tight container or jar. The shelf life of this spice mix in dry climate is well over a year.
